Shein Account Blocked
My Shein account registered in the UK was blocked around 8 weeks ago with an accusation of “policy violation,” and since then I have not been able to purchase anything from the platform. No clear information has been provided to me about what policy I am supposed to have violated. I have contacted Shein customer service several times regarding this issue. Each time I was only told to be patient, without any concrete explanation, evidence, or a clear solution timeline. I still do not know why my account was blocked and I remain unable to use it. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that I be given clear and detailed information about the alleged policy violation, and that my account be unblocked if there is no justified reason for this restriction. I expect a transparent explanation and a prompt resolution of this issue.
