Unauthorized Purchases on Shein Using My Card, Demanding Refund

I have never created an account or made any purchases on Shein, yet someone used my card information to make three transactions totaling approximately ₺8,000 on December 14, 2024.

It’s shocking that Shein lacks adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized transactions. How can such a platform process orders without proper verification? This incident raises serious concerns about the safety of customer data.

I demand an immediate refund for these fraudulent charges and an explanation of how this was allowed to happen. I have already reported the transactions to my bank, closed my card, and filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office.

This platform appears to facilitate unauthorized transactions, and I hold Shein accountable for this negligence. I expect a swift resolution to this matter.
