My Shein Refund Not Received After Canceling Order – Bank Confirms No Refund Issued
In July, I made a purchase on Shein for around ₺7400, but nearly ₺8000 was withdrawn from my card. I immediately canceled the order within 10 minutes, expecting a refund. Months later, I’m still waiting. Shein’s website indicates the refund was completed, but my bank, Ziraat Bank, confirms no such refund was received. I am incredibly frustrated with this ongoing issue. I expect Shein to address this discrepancy urgently, process my refund, and provide clear confirmation. This delay has caused considerable inconvenience, and I am asking for an immediate resolution to get my money back as soon as possible.
Hello friends. Although my refund was incomplete, it has been deposited. Months ago, I filed a dispute for a transaction through Ziraat mobile, and thankfully they refunded it. If there is anyone who hasn't received their money, they should dispute the transaction with their bank.
