I made three separate purchases on Shein, and on my most recent order, on January 6, 2026, I made a payment of approximately $27 USD. This payment was placed on hold, and I was asked to provide a verification document. When I spoke with my bank, they explained that no payment slip is generated for international online purchases, but that I could submit my card transaction history as proof. I obtained the card statement showing the relevant charge.
Even though I submitted these bank-issued card transaction records to Shein for verification and clearly explained the situation, they refuse to accept the documents. I have been stuck in unnecessary back-and-forth communication for days. They are neither lifting the hold nor shipping my order. At this point, my money is still blocked, and my items have not been shipped.
My order number is GSO1TG142000PJC. Due to this issue, I request that the payment hold be lifted immediately and that either my products be shipped or the full amount I paid be refunded to me.
