SHEIN Has Not Refunded My Return After More Than Three Weeks

I ordered two blouses from SHEIN for a total of £21.18, which I returned on 9/6/2026. Since then, more than three weeks have passed and I still have not received my refund. I emailed SHEIN customer service about the missing refund but have not received any response. I find it unacceptable that my return has not been processed and that my message has been ignored. I kindly request that my return be checked urgently and that the full amount of £21.18 be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay, and that I be informed in writing when this has been done.
