I Had an Allergic Reaction to a SHEIN Product but Got No Help

I had an allergic reaction to the items I received from SHEIN, and I tried to communicate with the agency, but they refused to assist me even though I sent them all the proof. Despite providing clear evidence of the harm and discomfort caused, their response was unacceptable. They asked me to return the used product, which had already caused physical damage, and they failed to offer a fair resolution. Because of this, I believe I am entitled to a refund and would like to formally dispute the charge under my consumer protection rights.
