SHEIN Order Not Delivered After Multiple Payments

On November 5, 2025, I made three separate payments through SHEIN’s website for a game called “Tuccar”: first ₺25,000, then ₺62,000, totaling ₺87,000, using my bank card. Despite completing my order and having sufficient balance in my account, the system is now asking me to pay an additional ₺152,000, and my order is not being confirmed. I contacted SHEIN customer service, but no solution was provided, and my problem remains unresolved. Furthermore, on October 20, 2025, I made another payment of ₺10,000 through SHEIN for a different game, but I also faced issues with that order, and my money was not refunded. In total, I paid ₺97,000 without receiving anything in return, and my grievance has not been addressed. I request a full refund of all my payments as soon as possible.
