On August 26, I placed an order of 8 items through Shein totaling ₺385.49, paid with my credit card. My order number is GSO1WK239001WDU and the tracking number is PALTR0001958676YQ. I set my delivery address as Bursa Sirameşeler Mahallesi, BUSKİ General Directorate.
Since September 4, the tracking page has only shown the status “delivery failed” and my products never arrived. The sender is listed as Pal Logistics, but I cannot find any local courier details, nor do I know who to contact. No delivery attempt was ever made to my address, and I was never called or informed by any courier.
When I reached out to Shein customer service, I only received automated responses that did not resolve my issue. Pal Logistics also provides no contact information, leaving me completely stuck.
I demand that Shein ensures my products are delivered immediately to the correct address or provides a proper solution to this problem. Customers should not be left in the dark after paying for their orders.
