I ordered a product from Shein, and my package with tracking number PALTR0001828608YQ was supposed to be delivered by Pal Express. However, I never received any SMS or other notification indicating that the package was out for delivery.
I stayed at home the entire day and even received other packages at the same address and with the same contact information. Despite this, I later saw a “delivery failed” status update for my Shein order from Pal Express. No courier attempted to contact me or deliver the package.
This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I expected timely delivery and proper communication, but neither happened in this case.
I urgently request that Shein and Pal Express investigate this failed delivery attempt and arrange for my package to be delivered as soon as possible. Please ensure that your couriers communicate clearly and make genuine delivery attempts. I expect prompt action to resolve this matter and improve the delivery experience for future customers.
