I placed an order on Shein through Pal Express (tracking number: PALTR0001968067YQ), but it has not been delivered to my address in the Esenyurt district of Istanbul.
Although the estimated delivery window was between September 14 and September 24, 2025, I have only been receiving repeated SMS notifications stating “delivery failed.” To this day, my package has not reached me.
This was my very first purchase from Shein, and it is extremely disappointing to encounter such a problem right away. I have not yet contacted Pal Express customer service, but I expect them to take responsibility for this issue.
I paid ₺233 for this order with my credit card, and I am requesting that my package be delivered to me immediately. If that is not possible, then I expect a full refund without delay. Customers should not face this kind of uncertainty after completing their payment.
