I Face Repeated Failed Delivery Updates on Shein Order Without Contact or Resolution

I placed an order on Shein and my package (Tracking No: PALTR0001888300YQ) has been stuck in “delivery failed” status for days. The shipment is handled by Pal Express, but there is no contact number provided, making it impossible for me to follow up directly. Every time I message Shein customer service, another “failed delivery” status is mysteriously added to the tracking history, yet no one actually attempts to deliver my package—no calls, no visits, nothing.

It feels as if the updates are being generated in the system without any real delivery effort. I have been left completely in the dark about where my package is or when it will arrive.

I demand an immediate investigation and for my order to be delivered without any more delays or fake delivery attempts. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect Shein and Pal Express to take real action instead of just updating the system.
