I placed an order on Shein with tracking number PALTR0001829045YQ, and it was handed over to Pal Express for delivery. According to the tracking information, the package has been marked as “arrived from flight” for the past 5 days, yet no further updates or progress have been made.
Despite specifying that my delivery was urgent, I have been left waiting without any communication or resolution. What’s even more frustrating is that Pal Express does not provide a contact phone number or any other customer service channel to inquire about the status of my package.
This lack of transparency and support has caused both emotional stress and logistical problems for me. I expected a smoother delivery experience from a brand as large as Shein and its partners.
I urgently request that Shein and Pal Express investigate the cause of this delay, provide a clear status update, and ensure the immediate delivery of my package. I also expect better communication and customer support to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.
