Parimatch Deposit Locked in Bonus and Cannot Be Withdrawn

I am using Parimatch from India, and on Monday evening, I deposited 1,000 rupees into my Parimatch account via UPI. After this deposit, the amount was locked in a bonus, and I have not been able to use it normally since then. Currently, I cannot withdraw these 1,000 rupees, and I also cannot use them for placing bets, so the money is completely stuck in my account. I tried to contact Parimatch customer support about this issue, but I was not able to have a proper conversation or get any help, so the problem remains unresolved. I request that my 1,000 rupees be unlocked immediately and that I be allowed to withdraw this amount without any bonus restrictions, as I did not intend for my deposit to be blocked in this way.
