BIS Game Not Opening on Vivo Android After Latest Update

I am a regular player of the BIS game on my Android phone (Vivo), and after the latest update about two weeks ago, the game stopped working properly. Every time I try to enter the game, it shows that the download is complete, but it does not allow me to log in and keeps asking for additional downloads.

I have already downloaded more than 20 GB multiple times, yet the download never fully completes, and the game does not open normally. I have not been able to fix this issue on my own and have not previously contacted support.

At this point, I am completely unable to play the game and am waiting for a quick solution. I request that the latest update be fixed so the game can run properly again on my Vivo Android device, allowing me to log in and play without repeated downloads and errors.
