I ordered a product from Shein with tracking number PALTR0001828948YQ, and it was handed over to Pal Express for delivery. According to the tracking information, my package has been marked as “arrived from flight” for the past 4 days, but there has been no further progress or updates since then.
What frustrates me even more is that Pal Express does not provide a customer service number or any alternative contact method to inquire about the shipment status. I am left completely in the dark, unable to get any clarity on when or if my order will be delivered.
This has caused unnecessary anxiety and disappointment, especially since I was expecting this package within the promised timeframe. I trusted Shein and its logistics partners to deliver a smooth shopping experience, but this delay and lack of communication have been unacceptable.
I urgently request that Shein and Pal Express resolve this issue immediately. I expect my package to be delivered without any further delay and clear communication regarding its status. Please take prompt action and improve your delivery tracking and customer support processes.
