I am filing a complaint regarding a failed deposit of ₹1,000 made on March 24, 2026, through UCO Bank, intended for my game account (ID: 13545400). The transaction details are as follows: mobile number 793061453024, UPI ID intelimaxconsulti***@ucobank, transaction ID T2603241956241769120613, and reference code RC2026032419561602974593g.
The amount was successfully debited from my account, but it has not been credited to my game account. Even after waiting for nearly 30 days, the deposit is still missing and has not been processed.
I have repeatedly tried to contact support and followed up multiple times, but I have not received any proper assistance or resolution. My money has neither been credited nor refunded, which is extremely frustrating.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated using the provided details and that the ₹1,000 be either credited to my game account (ID: 13545400) immediately or refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why this deposit has remained unprocessed for such an extended period.
