Shein Did Not Process Refund For Returned Order

I placed two separate orders on Shein and requested refunds for both. My order numbers are GSO1WP358004WCB and GSO1WP358004CYS. However, only one of the refunds has been processed, while the other has not.

On May 3, 2024, I was expecting the refund of ₺2,063, but no payment was ever deposited into my account. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that only one refund transaction was recorded, meaning the second refund was never issued.

I tried to reach Shein customer service, but I could not get connected to a live agent or an authorized representative. The only response I received was an automated message stating that the refund would be processed, yet nothing has happened.

I paid for these orders with my credit card, and all transactions were made from Kartal, Istanbul. This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and it has caused me serious inconvenience. I request that my refund of ₺2,063 be deposited into my account immediately and that this problem be resolved without further delay.
