On July 2, 2025, I placed an order on Shein (Order No: GSO1CN22S00QE7G, Tracking No: PALTR0001833300YQ) for two clothing items (jumpsuits) to be delivered to my address in İzmir. It has been over a month, yet my order has not been delivered. The system falsely shows it as “delivered” and states that no refund will be issued.
When I contacted the shipping company, they informed me that Shein had recalled the package. I have been emailing Shein customer service repeatedly for nearly a month, but the only response I receive is that “the time limit has passed” and they can no longer help me. This is unacceptable, especially since the order is still marked as undelivered on Shein’s own website.
I paid ₺1,012.70 for this purchase, and this was my first-ever order from Shein. I request that Shein either deliver my items immediately or issue a full refund without further delay. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently, as I have been left without any meaningful support or solution.
