I placed an order with Shein for dresses with a total value of around 40,000, under order number PK120045656807, to be delivered to Karachi, Pakistan. However, the tracking status was updated to “delivery complete” on 23 December 2025, even though I have not received the package. Despite the system showing the order as delivered, I did not receive any parcel at my address, and no one from the courier contacted me or handed over the shipment. This situation is very concerning, as I have paid in full, and there is no proof of actual delivery to me. I kindly request that Shein conduct a clear and detailed investigation with the responsible courier regarding where and to whom my order was delivered, and provide me with concrete proof of delivery. If the order cannot be located or proven to be delivered to me personally, I expect an appropriate resolution to be offered.
