Unfair Treatment During My Sephora Purchase

As a makeup artist, I frequently buy products online but decided to shop in-store at Sephora this time. I purchased a selection of high-end products, totaling over ₺26,000. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. The staff showed little interest in assisting me during the shopping process.

When I requested testers, I was only given three, despite the significant amount I spent. To make matters worse, I noticed that a customer ahead of me, who bought just one or two items, received the same testers. This felt dismissive and unfair given the scale of my purchase.

I expect better treatment from Sephora, especially for loyal customers making substantial purchases. I hope Sephora will address this issue promptly to ensure better customer service.
