Wrong Settlement On My 1win Bet
I placed a sports betting ticket on 1win on 19/06/2026 at about 08:25 AM on the Twenty20 Series (3 matches) game between Bangladesh and Australia, specifically on the market “Toss winner – Australia”. Australia won the toss, but 1win still settled my bet as a loss, even though the prediction was correct. The stake for this bet was 20,750 naira, and due to the wrong settlement I lost this entire amount. My ticket ID for this bet is 270714908. After noticing the issue, I immediately contacted 1win customer support. They replied that my request was forwarded to the relevant department, that it would be processed within a maximum of 24 hours, and they gave me the request number SCP-157648, but so far the bet remains incorrectly settled as lost. I request that 1win re-check this match and the toss result, correct the settlement of my bet, and credit my account with the full amount I am entitled to based on Australia winning the toss. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why this error occurred and for it to be corrected as soon as possible.
