Sephora Sent Me the Wrong Styling Cream and the Hair Mask Arrived Damaged
The Sephora service I received really irritates me. For my mother, I ordered particular hair care goods including a styling cream and a hair mask. Given Sephora's stellar reputation for quality, after waiting almost a month I was expecting everything to arrive as intended. Sadly, the product that at last arrived was a letdown. Their styling cream was quite different from what I ordered, and nobody has offered me any assistance or refund for this matter. On top of that, some of the hair masks I purchased for my mother leaked within the box and the packing was destroyed. This is not the degree of service Sephora promised.
