Sephora Order Stuck (6 Days, No Cancel, Higher Price)
I'm really frustrated with Sephora because they haven't delivered my order. It's been six days since I placed my order, and the status is still stuck on 'preparing for shipment'. When I reached out to customer service, they were unable to provide me with a specific delivery date. When I requested to cancel, they responded with a firm 'no cancellations'. I had to purchase it from another source because I was in dire need of the product. I actually managed to find it for $100 less at Sephora. Wow, this situation is absolutely mind-blowing. This is not the kind of service I would expect from a company like Sephora. You've really inconvenienced me. I have serious doubts about your credibility as a company, and I feel it's important for others to be aware of this.
