Sephora Has Cancelled My Approved Order Due To Stock Status
On Sephora TRs online platform I have placed an order with click and collect system on 6 December. I was going to take my order from a store named Zorlu, in İstanbul. However, my order has been cancelled on 8 December, while they were preparing my product. They already approved the order for preparation. Also I was in a different city than İstanbul, while I was placing my order. So I was on my way to get my order from the store. However, while I was on road they cancelled it due to stock status of product. After they cancelled it, they gave me a coupon for my next order which ensures free delivery. But this coupon was also useless because it was already expired on the same day?! For me this is unacceptable because the product that I bought was a limited edition product, it was for christmas and now I'm not able to buy this product again. Also I'm no longer able to trust Sephora TRs policy unfortunately.
