Sephora Shopping Issues: No Testers, Poor Packaging, Delivery Flaws

I just bought a big 5482 TL worth of stuff from Sephora, but I was disappointed because they didn't include any testers or sample-sized products. Also, some items were not packaged well even though they were fragile. I'm really unhappy with both of these problems. But, I just placed a new order a few moments ago and now I'm getting an error message saying 'undefined' in the delivery section. Shouldn't the address that I saved before be filled in automatically? I've been trying to reach customer service, but I keep getting error messages. I want a solution to fix the problem I've had.
