Sephora Eyeshadow Arrived Broken Twice – Poor Packaging and Customer Support

I ordered an eyeshadow from Sephora, but it arrived broken. I immediately contacted Sephora for a return, and they promised to get back to me. However, I had to follow up myself. Eventually, they instructed me to return it via Yurtiçi Kargo. Hoping this was a one-time issue, I ordered the same product again. Shockingly, the second one also arrived broken in the same week. Sephora packaged both items carelessly, wrapping them only in paper without any protective padding. Despite my warning about the poor packaging, they did the same thing again, and now, once more, I can't use the product. I’ve had to pay shipping twice, and Sephora expects me to return the broken items yet again. I’ve even sent them photos of the damage. I’m requesting a full refund, including all shipping fees, as I am extremely disappointed with the handling of this issue.
