On April 11th, the number of points on my Sephora Gold Card reached 14,600. The points transfer has not yet been processed, despite the fact that I have called and emailed your customer service representatives numerous times. Only because of this problem am I holding off on making a purchase for the time being. Receiving constant broken promises and setbacks is not only extremely disorganized but also extremely disappointing. I have been a member of Sephora for the past 15 years, and for the very first time in Turkey, I believe that this company is failing to maintain the quality standards that it has set for itself. Regarding this issue, I urgently demand an explanation and a resolution from the officials of the company.
