As a loyal Sephora Black Card member who shops regularly, I am deeply upset with the frequent resetting of my points. Even though I've been a loyal customer and make regular purchases, all my points have been erased, which makes it extremely difficult for me to reach Gold membership. I find this situation to be extremely disappointing and not befitting of a global brand such as Sephora. I kindly request Sephora to promptly address this matter and seek a resolution.
