Sephora Complaint About Black Card Points Not Credited for Purchases

Despite having a Sephora Black Card, for about a year now my points have not been automatically credited for any of my purchases, most of which I make at the Mersin Forum Mall store. At every purchase I provide my phone number at the cashier and pay by credit card, with amounts ranging from ₺479 to ₺10,000, yet none of these transactions have earned me points. In the Sephora app, my Black Card is visible and clearly registered, but store employees have been unable to explain or resolve the issue when I ask. I faced a similar problem in the past, and after submitting a complaint here, my points were manually credited, but the systemic issue persists. I expect Sephora to provide a permanent solution so that my points are automatically credited for all future purchases, and I also demand that the points from all my past purchases over the last year be added to my account without further delay.
