Sephora Complaint About Loyalty Points Not Added After Purchase

11On Monday, I made a purchase worth ₺2,100 at the Sephora store in Korupark Mall. During checkout, I provided my phone number to the cashier and also received my invoice (Invoice No: 6C42025000032676, time: 15:13). However, even after two days, my loyalty points have still not been added to my Sephora app account. This is the second time I have experienced the same issue, and I am extremely frustrated with the repeated inconvenience. I had no problems with payment or the products themselves; the only issue is that my points have not been credited. I request that my points be added to my account immediately and that Sephora implement a permanent solution to prevent such problems from happening again.
