Sephora Fails to Reflect Points Despite Overspending

Despite spending over ₺75,000 at Sephora within the past year, my points are not visible in their system. According to their loyalty program, I should have been upgraded to a Gold Card membership by now, but I am still stuck with a Black Card. This has prevented me from enjoying the promised benefits like the 10% discount or the full-sized gift.

Sephora is failing to deliver on its promises, and their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. If I had known this would happen, I wouldn’t have spent over ₺50,000 with them. This is completely unfair and unprofessional.

I demand that Sephora resolves this issue promptly by updating my account to reflect my points and providing the benefits I deserve.
