I recently placed an order on Sephora’s website for two items: a bronzer and a brow-setting product. However, when the package arrived, only the brow-setting product was included—there was no sign of the bronzer I paid for.

To make matters worse, I bought these items as a gift, but the packaging was disappointing. Instead of a presentable box, the item was wrapped in plain paper, which is far from what I expected from Sephora’s standard of service.

I trusted Sephora for a safe and reliable shopping experience, but this has been anything but that. I need Sephora to address this issue urgently, ensure the missing item is sent, and improve their packaging for future orders.
