I have been using the Sugo app in Egypt, and my account has been suspended for more than two months due to what is described as “unusual activity.” Since the suspension, I have not been able to use my account at all, and I was not provided with any clear explanation or details about what this unusual activity is supposed to be. During this period, I have contacted Sugo live support more than five times. Each time I was informed that the issue would be checked, but my account remains suspended, and I have not received any solution, clear response, or case reference number that I can follow up with. In addition, I was informed that I need to pay 7.97 USD to reopen my account, yet even with this requirement, there has been no clear guidance, support, or effective assistance provided to help me resolve the issue and regain access. I kindly request that my Sugo account be immediately reactivated, or at least that a clear and detailed review be carried out urgently so that I can regain access to my account as soon as possible, without unclear extra charges and without further delay.
