I am facing connectivity issues with my Sennheiser headphones. While my phone detects the device, it often fails to establish a connection. On rare occasions when it does connect, the connection drops within two minutes.
Considering the premium price I paid for these headphones, such problems are completely unacceptable. A product of this caliber should not be causing such basic issues. This experience has been frustrating, and I expect a prompt resolution.
