My eFootball 26 mobile account was stolen about three days ago, and since that day I have not been able to access my account. All of my progress, effort, and purchases inside the account are currently in someone else’s hands.
I have tried all the recovery methods I could think of, including changing my password and attempting email recovery, but none of these attempts have worked and I have not been able to regain access to my account. Because of this situation, I have been seriously inconvenienced and distressed.
I request that the eFootball 26 support team investigate this incident, verify my ownership of the account, and transfer the stolen mobile account back under my own Gmail address, while also ensuring that the security of my account is fully restored.
