Unauthorized MyIQ Subscription Charged to My Debit Card
On March 14, 2026, I noticed an unauthorized subscription from Myiq that was charged to my debit card in the amount of 29.99 USD. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service and did not give informed consent for this recurring charge. I have not yet contacted my financial institution, and I do not know how to get in touch with Myiq directly to resolve this matter. I am concerned that this subscription may continue to renew without my permission and cause additional financial loss. I request that the unauthorized subscription be immediately canceled and that the full amount of 29.99 USD already charged be refunded to me. I also expect confirmation that my details will not be used for any further charges without my explicit consent.
I did not sign up for a membership; I only paid a $1 initial assessment and was charged an unauthorized $29.99 subscription. I have not received any response from MyIQ and my issue remains unresolved.
