I’m incredibly disappointed with my Sennheiser Accentum Wireless headphones. Out of nowhere, and without any damage, drops, or misuse, they just stopped charging. The day before this happened, I also noticed that the battery was draining much faster than usual, which was already frustrating—but I didn’t expect the device to completely fail the next day.
I’ve taken great care of these headphones, never dropped them or exposed them to moisture or stress. This sudden issue has shaken my trust in the Sennheiser brand, which I once considered reliable and premium. A product in this price range and reputation should not break down like this without reason.
I need this resolved immediately. Whether it's a firmware fix, a replacement, or a proper repair under warranty, I expect support that reflects the brand’s promises.
Sennheiser, please stand behind your product and help me restore functionality. This experience has truly damaged my trust in your brand.
