Seiko Watch Timing Problem Leads to Warranty Complaint

I purchased a Seiko watch from the Saat & Saat store at Kayseri Forum. For approximately two months, the watch has been consistently running fast. Considering that the product is still relatively new, I believe the watch is defective because it is experiencing such a noticeable timing issue.

When I sent the product in for service, Saat & Saat refused to take any responsibility and did not stand behind the product. They told me that Aydın Saat, their distributor, was handling the matter and essentially tried to shift the responsibility away from themselves. Throughout this process, I have received neither a solution nor a constructive approach from Saat & Saat.

For this watch, which I believe to be defective, I am requesting a replacement to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced. I request that the product be evaluated under warranty, replaced with a properly functioning Seiko watch, and that I be informed of the outcome of the process in writing.
