Retailer Denies Flexible Exchange Options for Faulty $2,100 Versace Timepiece

In March, I purchased a Versace watch from your Konya Kent Plaza store, paying $2,100 expecting top-tier quality. Even though the watch had zero contact with water, condensation and fogging formed under the glass about three months later, at the end of June. When I brought the watch back to the store, they acknowledged the defect and confirmed that it qualified for an exchange.
However, after experiencing this issue, my trust in the brand was completely broken. The store informed me that I could only exchange it for the exact same model or another product from the same brand, and that if I chose a watch from a different brand, any price difference would not be refunded. I spoke with store representatives twice, and both times they refused to offer any flexibility.
I am genuinely shocked that a corporate retailer would display such a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction regarding a defective luxury item in this price range. I feel as though I would have received the exact same treatment had I purchased the watch from an unauthorized local seller. For my defective timepiece, I demand the option to choose a watch from a brand of my choice and receive a full refund for any price difference.
