Seiko SRPD37J Gains 3–4 Minutes Every Day

Approximately one year ago, I purchased a Seiko SRPD37J watch through saatciibrahim.com. Although I have been using the watch regularly, it has been gaining approximately 3–4 minutes every 24 hours for the past month, and this problem occurs every single day. This level of inaccuracy is far beyond what I would expect from a watch and prevents me from using the product properly.

I request that the product be thoroughly inspected under warranty and that I be provided with a properly functioning Seiko watch that operates without defects or within acceptable accuracy tolerances consistent with the quality expected from the Seiko brand.
