Seiko Automatic Watch Stops Working and Logo Falls Off Within 24 Hours

I purchased a **Seiko SEISA466J** automatic watch from Saat & Saat's 39 Burda AVM store in Lüleburgaz as a birthday gift for my wife.
Within the first 24 hours after receiving the watch, we encountered two separate problems. First, we noticed that the automatic movement was not functioning properly. Even though the watch was being worn on the wrist, it stopped running for approximately 8 hours and then started working again on its own.
When we put the watch back in its box and took it to the store to report the issue, we encountered a second problem. We discovered that the **"Seiko" logo on the watch dial had fallen off**. The product had not even been used for 24 hours, had not been dropped or subjected to any impact, and there had been no situation that could be attributed to user error.
The store representatives told us that the watch would be sent in for inspection. However, after the initial inspection, the watch was returned to the store without any work being performed. We were then told that the product would be sent to Aydın Saat, the brand's distributor in Turkey, for another inspection. Despite this, we were not given any clear information about how long the process would take.
Since we had not even been able to use the product for a full day and it had developed multiple problems within such a short period, we requested a refund from the store representatives. However, the refund process was not initiated, and we were not offered a satisfactory solution. Instead, we were left facing lengthy inspection and procedural processes.
For this reason, we filed an application with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. We expect our grievance to be resolved without further delay and our refund request for the defective product to be properly evaluated so that this matter can be resolved as quickly as possible.
