I have been using my Seiko Premier Kinetic Perpetual watch for about 9-10 years. Its key feature is a 100-year calendar, but for the past two years, the calendar has been lagging by one day after February. When I contacted the official distributor, Aydın Saat, I was met with an aggressive and unprofessional attitude from the representative.

For a premium brand like Seiko, such behavior and lack of helpful support are unacceptable. I take great care of my watch and don’t see why I should repeatedly send it in for servicing, potentially reducing its value, and pay additional fees. I expect at least a clear explanation of the issue and whether a replacement is possible. Please address this promptly.
