Scribd Charged Without My Consent, Requesting Immediate Refund

I noticed that Scribd charged $11.99 (₺433.02) to my credit card without my knowledge or authorization. This amount is still pending in my account as a provisional charge. I did not subscribe to Scribd and do not wish to use the service.

I demand the immediate cancellation of any unauthorized membership and a full refund of the amount charged. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will initiate a chargeback process with my bank. Scribd must address this unauthorized transaction and ensure that such incidents do not happen again. Please refund the amount to my credit card as soon as possible and confirm the resolution of this matter.
