Scribd Charged $11.99 Without My Consent – Refund My Money

Scribd charged $11.99 to my credit card without my authorization. I never signed up for a membership, and I did not agree to this charge. I want the subscription canceled immediately, and the unauthorized charge refunded to my card. If this is not resolved, I will initiate a chargeback through my bank.

I have seen many other users experiencing the same issue, which raises concerns about Scribd’s billing practices. This is completely unacceptable, and I expect prompt action to be taken. Scribd must refund the money immediately and ensure this kind of unauthorized charge does not happen to others.
