Scribd Charged Me $11.99 After Canceling Free Trial

Despite canceling my Scribd membership during the free trial period, the app still charged $11.99 to my credit card without my permission. I had already canceled the subscription within the allowed timeframe, and there was no active membership listed on my account. Yet, the money was withdrawn, and I received no notification or warning.

I demand an immediate refund of the $11.99 that was taken without my consent. I also request the cancellation of any active or hidden subscriptions associated with my account or card. If this is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to report Scribd to legal authorities and expose this practice on both national and international platforms.
