Scribd Charged Me Without Notice – Unable to Cancel Membership
On November 26, 2024, I signed up for Scribd, believing it offered a one-month free trial. However, today I discovered that 433.17₺ was deducted from my account without any prior notification.
Not only was I charged unexpectedly, but the reading experience has also been frustrating. The pages keep refreshing back to the beginning, and the content quality is poor. I didn’t even get a chance to properly explore the service before they charged me.
To make matters worse, I was unable to cancel my membership through their website. I demand an immediate refund for a service I neither used nor wanted to continue. Scribd, you need to stop misleading users and provide a clear cancellation process!
