Scannero.io Subscription Charged My Card Without Sign-Up
I am an Australian customer, and I have recently discovered several charges on my bank card from “Scannero.io” and “Scannero.io Nicosia CY”. I have never knowingly registered for any service with this company, and I had not even heard of them before noticing these withdrawals. I do not know what subscription or product these payments are supposedly for, and I have not agreed to any such service. When I visit the Scannero.io website to understand why my card is being charged and how to cancel it, I cannot access any useful information without first accepting their terms and conditions. I do not want to accept conditions for a service I never knowingly signed up for, so I am effectively blocked from finding out the reason for these charges or how to stop them directly from the site. Through this complaint, I request that all existing and future charges linked to my card be immediately cancelled, and that any subscription or account associated with my details be terminated without delay. I also request a full refund of all unauthorized payments taken so far and written confirmation that no further withdrawals will be made from my account.
