I paid for the trial version of Scannero, but later large amounts were withdrawn from my card without my consent. How can I cancel the subscription?

Check your subscription details.
Log in to your Scannero account and open the “Billing” or “Subscription” section. It should show your current plan, charged amounts, and renewal dates.

Check emails and notifications.
Look for emails from Scannero, especially right after the trial period. These usually contain information about switching to a paid plan and the amount charged.

Contact support.
Include the date, the amount charged, and the last four digits of the card used. Ask for a breakdown of the charges and request cancellation of the subscription.

Dispute the transaction with your bank.
If the charge occurred without your authorization, contact your bank and file a request for a refund (a “chargeback”). Attach evidence showing that you did not give consent for the subscription to renew.

Unlink your card.
After canceling the subscription, make sure the card is removed from Scannero’s payment system to prevent future charges.
