Screen Arrives Cracked on Samsung Monitor



My monitor arrived on August 31, 2023, and I didn't open it until after my vacation. When I finally attempted to assemble it a week and a half later, I discovered that some screws were missing and the materials were insufficient. I then used the provided bracket to hang the monitor on the wall. However, when my mother opened the box, she did not thoroughly inspect it, and upon closer inspection, I discovered damage to the box and the monitor itself. My monitor's front panel was cracked, and it's absurd that they'd ask me to pay for a new one. I've been a long-time Samsung customer and have never had any problems with their products. This is the first time something similar has occurred. This charge is completely unacceptable to me. I'm not sure if it's the shipping company's or Samsung's responsibility to resolve this, but since Samsung is a well-known brand, I hope they prioritize customer satisfaction. I'd like to request a replacement for my product. Regarding service requests, I've had issues with everyone except Mr. E***. They discontinued and even canceled the service. I hope that this situation is resolved favorably, as Samsung will continue to be a part of my life from now on. However, if it does not end as I expect, I will never use or recommend Samsung products again. Thank you very much.
