After Warranty Expires, Samsung 75-Inch 4K TV Has Black Marks and Shadows

Hello, On July 19, 2021, I had my UE75TU7100 75" Crystal 4K UHD TV installed. After the warranty expired on October 15, 2023, black marks and shadows appeared on the screen, which have since increased. They informed me that a service request had been submitted and that the service would be charged. According to online research and complaints on various websites, this appears to be a recurring manufacturing issue. Many others have reported the same issue, and it appears that once the warranty expires, the repair is prohibitively expensive. I anticipate that Samsung will provide free repairs. As a long-time Samsung user with a 32-inch Samsung TV that I've had for 13 years and having owned various Samsung devices such as the S3, S4, S6 Edge, and J7 Prime, I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this issue. However, I am confident that a reputable company such as Samsung will resolve this issue. In addition, if necessary, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board using the complaints on these websites as examples.
Dear Customer, First of all, thank you for choosing our company. Our complaint resolution center will contact you regarding your application. You can convey any information, suggestions, opinions, and solution requests related to our products and services. Sincerely, Samsung Electronics Turkey
They called from the authorized Samsung service. We talked, the service came, and they quoted 36,000 TL for the panel replacement of the TV, which costs 32,000 TL brand new. Of course, it is impossible to accept such a ridiculous thing. Later, they called again and informed me that a discount was made and the screen panel replacement would be 28,000 TL. The fact that a TV purchased on 19.07.2021 had a panel malfunction on 15.10.2023 shows that Samsung is a company that sells worthless, low-quality products and does not stand behind its low-quality products. For the repair of the product, I got a price of 7,500 TL from a private service, including the LED bar and the service fee. Samsung quoted 28,000 TL for its own product. Such a ridiculous pricing system has completely destroyed all my trust and belief in the Samsung company. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board regarding this. Companies like this should be avoided from now on.
They called back from the service and informed that they cannot offer any solution. This means that you need to think 2, 3, or 5 times before buying a TV from Samsung. Because once the product warranty expires, the TV becomes useless, and there are already similar complaints, which means Samsung is not as high-quality as it is known, and they do not have a quality service approach. Maybe the main Samsung headquarters in Korea is not even aware of these complaints, and the Turkey representative might not know about this issue either. In conclusion, the Samsung brand is regret. I will keep writing that Samsung is regret.
